I've only seen Jayne once, but plan to see her again. I was sore from beginning to workout. She has very strong hands and was really able to work out the soreness in my body. Scheduling with her was easy. I felt comfortable very quickly and was able to relax and enjoy the massage. I'd highly recommend seeing Jayne if you are sore or if you just want to relax.

I've been going to Jayne for a few months now and highly recommend her. She is professional, experienced, knowledgable, caring, and gives me the best massage that I've ever had. In my opinion, it is much better than what you'll get at Massage Envy or other places. She uses techniques that are unique and really help my back. Her studio is quiet and tranquill as going to a spa. She has quiet music, a water feature, the whole works, and the oils that she uses are gentle and don't bother my skin like some others have. One word of advice I would give is to be sure to tell her if the pressure is too much because she is strong and can give a super deep tissue massage. I like it a little lighter so that I'm not sore afterwards. Be sure to speak up and get what works for your particular body. Jayne is my favorite. Do yourself a favor and get a massage!! Vickie
